Q. What methods are available for transferring information from existing software systems?
A. There are many possibilities for regular electronic data transfer, the most efficient/convenient approach would need to be agreed with the data provider as part of the contract. Examples of electronic transfer that can be used are: Direct database connection, Transfer of an export file by FTP, transfer via an XML web service.
Q. Does the system support vehicle look up for vehicle Identification?
A. To view the content users would only need one of the browsers specified above.
Q. What images are supported?
A. Yes the system supports the following as subscription options :
Vehicle Registration mark look up Vehicle identification by selection of make and model.
Q. Who would perform admin functions such as maintaining the Retailers and Users?
A. Theses functions are performed using the admin console. Depending on customer preference, this can either be directly within the customer organization or by request to Loyalty Logistix
