The Opportunity To Do Business (OTDB) Calculator is a system for calculating the activity required to reach sales targets. A simple device that graphically represents the potential shortfall in any sales campaign period.

The OTDB calculator takes historical data for Prospecting calls, Enquiries, Test Drives, Finance Quotes and Sales Rate to predict the activity required to meet the Target Sales for a future period.

When setting a sales target it is important to know what level of activity is require to achieve the target. OTDB calculator does this by providing a forecast of the required activity, customer contacts, test drives etc., based on historical data. During the target time period activity can be monitored to asses the likelihood of achieving the target and identify cases where activity needs to be increased to meet the target. In this way areas requiring improvement can be identified early in the process making it possible to take remedial action sooner rather than later.

	Data from variety of sources	The OTDB calculator system can take data from a variety of sources including: - Online manual entry forms - Loyalty Logistix Showroom System - Loyalty Logistix Loyalty Smart Card System - Loyalty Logistix Footfall Counter System - Data feeds from 3rd party applications (e.g. dealer management systems).
	Reports	The reports are user selected analysis period and detail presented for country, region, county, retail outlet and model. The presented data is tailored to customer requirements.
