Q. Does the application support multiple Languages?
A. The application has been designed to support multiple languages. However some development will be needed before languages other than English are fully implemented.

Q. Who will do the translations and how will they be delivered?
A. The facility is in place that a spreadsheet of text would be delivered for translators to fill in their own language versions.

Q. Which Internet browsers are to be supported?
A. Internet Explorer 5.5 or above. (Not Netscape, Firefox or Opera)

Q. What connection speeds are assumed?
A. 56Kbps

Q. What screen resolution is required?
A. 1024x768

Q. Who would be responsible for maintaining dealers and users?
A. Customers have a choice – either
This can be done by to Loyalty Logistix via a support line
or
Dealer´s information can be maintained by dealers themselves through the admin consul.

Q. Does the system support vehicle look up for vehicle Identification?
A. Yes the system supports the following as subscription options:
1. Vehicle Registration mark look up
2. Vehicle identification by selection of make and model

Q. Does the system have a postcode look up system?
A. Yes this is built in as a subscription option in the customer module

Q. Who would perform admin functions such as maintaining the Retailers and Users?
A. Theses functions are performed using the admin console. This can either be from within the customer organization or by request to Loyalty Logistix, depending on customer preference
