The diary is used to track appointments and tasks. The diary can be viewed in single day, week or month views. All appointments and tasks appear on the diary and are clearly colour coded to show whether they are appointments or tasks and are shown grey when completed.

All activities following initial enquiries are monitored through to complete sale within the enquiry module. Actions including collecting customer requirements, test drives, appraisals, quotation, order, delivery and even post sales follow ups.

All enquiries are attached to customer details. Full customer search facilities are available to find the correct customer details and open existing enquiries.
