Showroom Lead Management
Showroom is a web based showroom management system for use by the motor trade. With activity in a showroom being centered on progressing enquiries through to sales the enquiry is made the hub of Loyaltylogistix Showroom system.

When a user logs in a list of all outstanding enquiries is presented on the opening page, together with the diary for the day. A list of the days appointments and current outstanding tasks can be viewed with a single mouse click. This view is the default view of the system and is returned to automatically on completion of other actions within the system.
The basic aim of the system is to improve efficiency of a Dealer Showroom by:
- Tracking customers from their first enquiry through to sale and follow up
- Enabling sales staff to quickly look up customer history
- Helping all staff to manage sales and non sales appointments and tasks
- Improving visibility of sales activity to managers
- Helping managers to identify areas of weakness through its management reports

Diary |
The diary is used to track appointments and tasks. The diary can be viewed in single day, week or month views. All appointments and tasks appear on the diary and are clearly colour coded to show whether they are appointments or tasks and are shown grey when completed.

Enquiries |
All activities following initial enquiries are monitored through to complete sale within the enquiry module. Actions including collecting customer requirements, test drives, appraisals, quotation, order, delivery and even post sales follow ups.

Customers |
All enquiries are attached to customer details. Full customer search facilities are available to find the correct customer details and open existing enquiries.

Reports |
Reports available include: Contacts not sold to, Enquiries by status, Leads by source type, Sales League table, Live appraisals, Lost sales, Models sought by contact, Vehicles due in, Vehicles sold by salesperson.
