The internet is increasingly being used by retailers as a "shop window". However it is often difficult for the retailer to keep the online information up to date, particularly in the case of rapidly changing special offers. This is where Wiki Special Offers comes in:- By filling in a simple online form and adding pictures retailers can quickly and easily update their site with their latest special offers.

	Special offer Items	Dealers using the system have access to an administrative web interface, through which they can add, edit, and delete special-offers items. An item comprises a number of text fields together with an associated image.
	Categories	Each item belongs to one of a number of pre-defined special offers categories (such as "Used Cars", "New Cars", and so on).
	Time span	By their very nature, special offers are time limited. Wiki Special Offers allows start and end dates to be defined for the offer. These values control the time span over which the offer will appear on the website. This ensures that only current offers are shown.
	Special offers pages	The different categories of special offers are linked into the relevant part of the retailer´s website. For example the new cars special offers are accessed by clicking the special offers link on the new cars page and used cars special offers are accessed by clicking a link on the used cars pages.
