Group Task Management
Team approach to targeted areas of business with quantifiable results against team pressures to achieve certain pre-defined goals.

Establishes current performance levels and practices. A snapshot of the retail operation as it stands at the moment. Following on from this a full analytical process is carried out.

Following on from the conclusion of the analytical process, Objectives are set which are S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic, Time-related). These are then measured against Industry standard Best Practice and also tailored to suit the individual business needs.

Method
Dealer Profiling which links to Loyalty Logisitix´s existing best practice database enabling group task management. Here, group task management encourages a team approach to the identification and resolution of business opportunities. The process utilises the power of the team-centric approach to achieve collective goals. The integrated systems allow hierarchical publishing of action plans, visible to a pre-determined distribution list.

Measurement
Based around Key Performance Indicators and extensive Industry knowledge, the measurement of business KPI´s includes display/presentation, financial & overall team performance objectives. This gives the client the information, and more importantly, the ability, to take the next steps in the continuous process of profit improvement. This is supported by a full reporting suite, specifically designed for the client.
